Timezone

Set your display timezone so dates and times across your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace always show in your local time.

Your display timezone controls how 1eyeᴬᴵ formats dates and timestamps across the app — signals, conversations, campaign activity, and reports. It's a personal setting tied to your account, not your workspace, so each teammate can see times in their own timezone.

This is different from the Schedule timezone set on a user's profile (see Invite Users), which controls the sending window for that user's campaign messages. Your display timezone only changes how times are shown to you — it doesn't change when messages send.

Before you begin

To change your display timezone, you need:

  1. A 1eyeᴬᴵ account

  2. Access to your workspace

Any role — Admin, Marketer, or Viewer — can update their own display timezone.

Step 1: Open your profile menu

Select your profile picture in the top-right navigation.

This opens your profile menu, showing your name, email, current timezone, Edit profile, and Logout.

Step 2: Select your timezone

Select the row showing your current timezone — for example, America / Los Angeles (GMT -07:00).

This opens a searchable list of timezones, each shown as region, city, and GMT offset:

Timezone

GMT offset

America / Anchorage

GMT -08:00

America / Chicago

GMT -05:00

America / Denver

GMT -06:00

America / Los Angeles

GMT -07:00

America / New York

GMT -04:00

America / Phoenix

GMT -07:00

Pacific / Honolulu

GMT -10:00

Step 3: Search and choose a timezone

Use the search box to filter the list, then select the timezone you want.

A checkmark shows your currently selected timezone.

Step 4: Confirm the change

Once selected, 1eyeᴬᴵ immediately updates how dates and times are displayed across your workspace — including signal timestamps, conversation activity, and campaign history.

Best practices

  1. Match your actual location — Set your display timezone to where you're working from so signal and conversation timestamps make sense at a glance.

  2. Update it when you travel or relocate — Your display timezone doesn't change automatically.

  3. Don't confuse it with your sending schedule — Your campaign sending window timezone is set separately, in your user profile's Schedule tab.

Troubleshooting

Issue

What to check

Times look off across the app

Confirm your display timezone matches your actual location.

Timezone change isn't reflected

Refresh the page after saving.

Campaign messages send at unexpected times

Check the Schedule tab on your user profile — sending times use a separate timezone setting.

FAQ

Does changing my display timezone affect when campaigns send?

No. Campaign sending times use the timezone set in your profile's Schedule tab, not your display timezone.

Does this affect other users in my workspace?

No. Display timezone is a personal setting — it only changes how times appear to you.

Where do I find my current timezone?

Select your profile picture in the top-right navigation. Your current timezone is shown at the top of the menu.

Next step

Review your Schedule tab to make sure your campaign sending window and timezone are set correctly.
