Signals

Overview

Signals show activity from target companies and target contacts across your GTM motion, helping your team see what is happening and where to act next.

1eyeᴬᴵ captures signals from website activity, LinkedIn, conversations, forms, responses, ICP matches, and persona matches. Signals help your team understand who is active, what happened, and which targets are worth acting on next.

Use Signals to review activity, evaluate fit, filter by source or type, export data, and move the right companies and contacts into target lists and campaigns.

How Signals work

Signals connect activity with fit.

  1. Activity happens
A company or contact visits a page, submits a form, engages on LinkedIn, replies to a message, or creates another GTM signal.

  2. 1eyeᴬᴵ identifies the company or contact
When available, 1eyeᴬᴵ identifies the target company, target contact, or both.

  3. 1eyeᴬᴵ evaluates fit
Companies are evaluated against your ICPs. Contacts are evaluated against your personas.

  4. Signals appear in your workspace
Your team can review signals by company, by contact, source, type, fit, and date.

  5. Your team acts
Use signals to build target lists, enrich contacts, launch campaigns, or follow up with context.

  1. Focus on high-fit companies

  2. Reduce noisy account activity

  3. Build better target company lists

  4. Prioritize companies before launching campaigns

Persona evaluation

1eyeᴬᴵ evaluates contact signals against the personas in your Knowledge Base.

When a contact matches a persona, 1eyeᴬᴵ can show a persona badge and explanation so your team understands why the contact may be relevant.

Use persona evaluation to:

  1. Focus on relevant target contacts

  2. Reduce noisy contact activity

  3. Build better target contact lists

  4. Prioritize contacts before outreach

Review active companies first so you understand which accounts are showing interest.

  2. Then review contact signals
Look for relevant people inside active companies.

  3. Use ICP and persona filters
Focus on companies and contacts that match your Knowledge Base.

  4. Use signal type filters
Separate website, LinkedIn, conversation, form, response, ICP, and persona signals.

  5. Export only after filtering
Clean the view before downloading a CSV.

  6. Act on recent signals first
Fresh activity is usually more actionable than old activity.

  7. Keep your Knowledge Base updated
Better ICPs, personas, and exclusions create better signal quality.
