Destinations
Overview
Push your target lists into the CRM your team already works from, with full control over which contacts, company fields go where.
1eyeᴬᴵ connects to HubSpot and Salesforce as Destinations. Once connected, build a workflow that takes one or more target lists and pushes their contacts and companies into your CRM, with field mapping and signal context carried along.
Connected CRMs
CRM | What you can do |
|---|---|
HubSpot | Push target contacts and companies from Target Lists into HubSpot, with standard and custom field mapping. |
Salesforce | Push target contacts and companies from Target Lists into Salesforce, with standard and custom field mapping. |
How Destinations work
Create a destination workflow
Choose which target lists feed the workflow and which CRM — HubSpot or Salesforce — it pushes to.Connect your CRM
Connecting happens inside the workflow, at the Destination node — no separate connect step needed beforehand.Map fields
Control which 1eyeᴬᴵ fields map to which CRM fields — standard fields are pre-mapped, and you can add custom mappings.Monitor pushes
Track what's been pushed, what's pending, and what failed from the Console.
Before you begin
To connect a CRM, you need:
Admin access to your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
Admin or app-authorization permissions in the HubSpot or Salesforce account you're connecting
For this guide, we'll use Snowbricks as the example workspace.
Field | Example |
|---|---|
Company | Snowbricks |
Domain | snowbricks.io |
Workspace admin | Matt Bru |
Admin email |
Connect HubSpot
Connecting HubSpot happens inside a destination workflow, at the Destination node — not from a separate connect page.
Step 1: Open the Destination node
Open your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
Select Destinations in the left-hand nav
Open an existing workflow, or select Add Destination to create one and choose HubSpot
Select the Destination node
If HubSpot isn't connected yet, the node shows:
Select Connect
Step 2: Confirm the connection in 1eye
A confirmation dialog appears:
Select Yes, continue to proceed.
Step 3: Continue to HubSpot
Selecting Yes, continue opens a HubSpot-hosted bridge screen in a new window:
Select Sign in to your HubSpot account if you already have one.
Step 4: Log in to HubSpot
Enter your HubSpot email and password, or continue with SSO if your company uses it, then select Log In.
This is HubSpot's own secure login screen. Your credentials are entered directly with HubSpot and are never seen by 1eyeᴬᴵ.
Step 5: Choose your HubSpot account, if prompted
If you have access to more than one HubSpot account or portal, HubSpot may ask which one to connect. Choose the account that matches your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace.
Step 6: Review and allow access
HubSpot shows a permissions screen describing what 1eyeᴬᴵ is requesting — typically the ability to read and write companies, contacts, and custom properties. Review the list, then select Allow (or Grant access, depending on your HubSpot permission level).
Step 7: Connection confirmed
Once the connection completes, the Destination node updates from Not Connected to Connected, and you can map fields as described in Destinations.
Connect Salesforce
Connecting Salesforce follows the same pattern as HubSpot — from inside a destination workflow, at the Destination node.
Step 1: Open the Destination node
Open your 1eyeᴬᴵ workspace
Select Destinations in the left-hand nav
Open an existing workflow, or select Add Destination to create one and choose Salesforce
Select the Destination node
If Salesforce isn't connected yet, the node shows a Not Connected status with a Connect button.
Select Connect
Step 2: Confirm the connection in 1eye
A confirmation dialog appears:
Select Yes, continue to finalize the connection.
Step 3: Continue to Salesforce
Selecting Yes, continue opens the official Salesforce login page in a new window. Enter your Salesforce username and password, then select Log In.
This is Salesforce's own secure login screen, so your credentials are entered directly with Salesforce and are never seen by 1eyeᴬᴵ.
Step 4: Verify your identity, if prompted
Depending on your org's security settings, Salesforce may ask you to verify your identity. If prompted, check the email address associated with your Salesforce account for a verification code, enter it, and select Verify.
This step only appears if Salesforce flags the login for additional verification — you can skip it if you're not prompted.
Step 5: Review and allow access
Salesforce displays a permissions screen showing exactly what 1eyeᴬᴵ is requesting access to, for example:
Access the identity URL service
Access unique user identifiers
Manage user data via APIs
Perform SOQL queries on Data Cloud data
Perform requests at any time
Review the list, then select Allow.
Step 6: Connection confirmed
Once the connection completes, the Destination node updates from Not Connected to Connected, and you can map fields as described in Destinations.
Build a workflow
Go to Destinations to create a workflow, connect HubSpot or Salesforce at the Destination node, select target lists, map fields, and monitor pushes.
Disconnect a CRM
Open the workflow and select the Destination node
Select the (⋮) menu next to the Connected status
Select Disconnect
Disconnecting stops any workflows using that CRM as a destination until you reconnect. Records already pushed to your CRM remain there.
Best practices
Connect with an account that has the right permissions
Use a HubSpot or Salesforce login with admin or app-authorization rights, so the connection doesn't get blocked by a permissions gap.Review the permissions screen before allowing access
Know what you're granting 1eyeᴬᴵ access to before you select Allow.Re-authenticate if the connection breaks
If HubSpot or Salesforce revokes access (password change, admin policy, expired token), reconnect from Destinations.
Troubleshooting
Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
Connect button doesn't open a login window | Your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for 1eye.app. |
Wrong HubSpot or Salesforce account connected | Disconnect, then reconnect and choose the correct account when prompted. |
Connection shows Connected but no data is pushing | Confirm a Destination workflow exists using this CRM, with a target list selected and running. See Destinations. |
Need to reconnect HubSpot or Salesforce | Open the Destination node, select the (⋮) menu next to Connected, select Disconnect, then Connect again and repeat the authorization steps. |
FAQ
Can I connect both HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes. Each CRM is connected independently, and you can build separate destination workflows for each.
Does 1eyeᴬᴵ see my HubSpot or Salesforce password?
No. Authentication happens on HubSpot's or Salesforce's own login screen. 1eyeᴬᴵ never sees your credentials.
What happens if I disconnect a CRM?
Workflows using that CRM as a destination stop running until you reconnect. Records already pushed to your CRM remain there.
Next step
Go to Destinations to build your first workflow — connect HubSpot or Salesforce at the Destination node, select target lists, map fields, and start pushing.
